Integrations

How we roll out integrations

Bite is designed to read the health and training data you already track on a wearable, rather than asking you to log everything twice. We turn each integration on only after it has been validated end-to-end on real devices and accounts, not on a launch deadline. The table below reflects the true status of every integration today. We will never mark something “Available” before it actually is.

Current status

IntegrationStatusWhat it brings
OuraAvailableSleep, readiness, and heart-rate trends, compared against your own baseline to inform recovery coaching.
WHOOPAvailableSleep, recovery, and workouts from your WHOOP account.
Apple HealthAvailableSteps, sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, active energy, and body weight sync into Bite from the Health app on your iPhone.
Apple Watch (workout companion)AvailableStart a workout from your wrist, log sets with the Digital Crown, see heart rate and calories, and sync the finished workout to your phone.
PolarPlannedTraining sessions, sleep, and nightly recovery data.
Android Health ConnectPlannedThe Android equivalent of Apple Health, for phones and Wear OS watches.
Wear OS (workout companion)PlannedMirrors an in-progress workout to a Wear OS watch.

“Available” means you can connect it in the app today. “Planned” means development has started or is scheduled, with no external accounts or devices connected yet.

Your data, your control

When an integration is available, connecting it is always optional and can be turned off at any time from Settings inside the app. We never sell wearable data or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect from each source and how long we keep it.
